차근 개인정보처리방침

차근(이하 “앱”)은 계정 없이 사용하는 차량 관리 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 저장하고, 어떤 정보가 기기 밖으로 나가는지 설명합니다.
1. 저장하는 정보
사용자가 직접 입력한 차량 정보, 주행거리, 정비·주유·점검 기록, 첨부한 사진·영수증, 앱 설정을 저장합니다. 모든 정보는 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 회원가입이나 계정은 없습니다.
2. 기기 밖으로 나가는 정보
- 사용 통계 (Google Firebase 애널리틱스): 앱 개선을 위해 “주유 기록 저장” 같은 사용 이벤트와 기기·앱 버전 정보를 보냅니다. 차량번호, 기록 내용, 질문 내용, 광고 ID는 포함하지 않습니다. 앱의 설정 › 개인정보에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 오류 보고 (Google Firebase Crashlytics): 앱이 비정상 종료되면 오류 내용(스택 정보), 기기 모델, OS·앱 버전을 보냅니다. 차량번호나 기록 내용은 포함하지 않습니다. 사용 통계와 같은 설정에서 함께 끌 수 있습니다.
- 광고 (Google AdMob): 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google 모바일 광고 SDK가 Google과 통신합니다. 이 과정에서 기기의 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보, 광고 상호작용 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 동의 화면으로 선택할 수 있고, 앱의 설정 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 외부 AI 앱에 질문하기: 사용자가 직접 요청할 때만, 보낼 내용을 먼저 보여 준 뒤 사용자가 고른 앱으로 공유합니다. 차량번호, 소유자, 위치는 포함하지 않습니다. 공유된 내용은 해당 앱의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 보호 방법
- 차량번호는 Android Keystore의 키로 암호화해 저장하고, 화면에는 일부를 가려서 보여 줍니다.
- 사진을 첨부할 때 위치와 카메라 정보(EXIF)를 지웁니다.
- 앱 데이터는 클라우드 백업과 기기 이전 대상에서 제외됩니다.
4. 권한
- 인터넷·네트워크 상태: 광고, 사용 통계, 오류 보고 전송
- 알림: 정비 시기 알림 (거부해도 앱을 쓸 수 있습니다)
5. 보관과 삭제
앱의 설정 › 데이터에서 전체 데이터를 ZIP 파일로 내보내거나, 가져오거나, 모두 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 지워집니다. Google로 전송된 정보는 Google의 보관 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Chageun Privacy Policy

Chageun (“the app”) is a car maintenance app that works without an account. This policy explains what the app stores and what leaves your device.
1. What is stored
Vehicle details you enter, mileage, maintenance, fuel and inspection records, attached photos and receipts, and app settings. Everything is stored only on your device, and the developer cannot access it. There is no sign-up or account.
2. What leaves your device
- Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): To improve the app, usage events such as “a fuel record was saved” are sent with device and app version information. They never include your plate number, record details, questions or advertising ID. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy.
- Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): If the app crashes, the error details (stack trace), device model, and OS and app version are sent. They never include your plate number or record details. You can turn this off with the same setting as usage statistics.
- Ads (Google AdMob): To show ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK contacts Google. Your device's advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions may be shared with Google. In regions that require consent, such as the EEA and the UK, you can choose on the consent screen and change it anytime in Settings › Ad privacy settings.
- Asking an external AI app: Only when you ask, the app shows what will be sent and shares it with the app you choose. It never includes your plate number, owner or location. Shared content is governed by that app's privacy policy.

3. How it is protected
- The plate number is encrypted with a key kept in the Android Keystore and is shown masked.
- Location and camera details (EXIF) are removed from photos when they are attached.
- App data is excluded from cloud backup and device transfer.
4. Permissions
- Internet and network state: ads, usage statistics and crash reports
- Notifications: maintenance reminders (the app works without them)
5. Retention and deletion
Settings › Data lets you export everything to a ZIP file, restore it, or delete it all. Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on the device. Information sent to Google follows Google's retention policies.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14.
